New Knee Pain
I have been doing SS for about 3 months and have had great strength gains. I am still learning proper squat form. I recently starting getting some knee pain. After some googling I think the pain is coming from the quad tendon that connects to the top of Patella. I feel pain when squatting. The pain isnt that bad but I feel like it has gotten worse. Any advice on how to approach squatting to not injure myself? Should I do less weight? less frequency?
