It's tough to tell for sure from this angle, but your grip may be a bit wide. Make sure your triceps are tight to your lats.
The bar path and lockout look fine.
You could squeeze your quads tighter to make sure the knees are locked before you start the hip action.
I'd also get a grip that fixes the over-extension of the wrists.
You're not far off. Just a couple things to fix.
