    Hi coaches,

    This is my Press

    It’s somewhat difficult for me to make a straight form with bar, shoulder( a bar above shoulder). My arms tend to go forward some degree. Sometimes there is a pain on my shoulder if I tried to hold arms above shoulder straight like 90 degrees.

    Please check my form.

    Hey Kang
    It's tough to tell for sure from this angle, but your grip may be a bit wide. Make sure your triceps are tight to your lats.
    The bar path and lockout look fine.
    You could squeeze your quads tighter to make sure the knees are locked before you start the hip action.
    I'd also get a grip that fixes the over-extension of the wrists.
    You're not far off. Just a couple things to fix.

    Narrowed grip. I hurt my leg while playing soccer so my legs wouldn’t be straight at the moment.(So I had to stop training for a month)
