Not ready to switch to 2-days just yet.

Still squeezing out late LP by doing the advanced novice stuff discussed above. Making reasonable progress since coming in here and whining a month ago.

Bodyweight is up to 223 from 216.

Squat (3x5) is up to 265 from 240. At first I just added a light day in the middle. Then I had to do a top set with drop sets on Day 3, with sets across at the prior top set weight on the following Day 1.

Everything else is still moving up in LP.
