Not bad, sir. You have been paying attention. Main reason 5th (and 4th rep) were a little slow was that you are letting the bar get out in front of you a little bit. This is also pitching you onto your toes.
You also seem to struggle with the timing of the hip movement. You need to wait for the bounce to happen as a result of throwing your hips THEN press the bar.
This video addresses that error specifically.
