Second set of 5 at 285. I failed the second rep of my third set. I feel like I’m approaching the end of LP. As you can see from the video, these are starting to grind. I’ve already switched to back-off sets on press and bench and I’m only DL-ing once a week. I’m not sure if I should keep shooting for 5x3 or switch to 5x1 with back off sets. Please let me know what you think. Thanks for everything!

    The squats look good. Age/height/bodyweight?

Thanks Rip. That’s good to hear.

I downloaded macro trak on my phone about 2 weeks ago. So far, the average day breaks down like this:

    70-90 grams fat
    200-250 grams protein
    250-350 grams of carbs

Usually 2800-3200 calories depending on the day.

I sleep 6-8 hours per night.

I rest 7 minutes between sets for squats. 5 for presses. 5 mins after last warmup on deadlifts.

Increase protein and calories to 300/5000 for a week and see what happens.

I will give that a shot. Whole milk instead of water with my protein shakes and a second breakfast should put me there pretty quick. Thank you for the help.
