Here is one set from today. I would love to get some feedback, espacially if my setup is correct.

Setup about a half cm further from the bar than you are and rock back off your toes to midfoot as you get setup. See if you can squeeze your back even flatter into position this way. Then keep the bar on your legs as you break it off the ground all the way to lockout.
