Hello Starting Strength coaches,
I am new on the Starting Strength forums, so hello to everyone!
I would appreciate a form check on my squats. I have attached a video clip of my third and final set of 240lbs. Sorry for the shakiness on the camera, my cameraman was focused on motivating me I am still on a normal novice program and will probably add a light squat day soon. This was probably my best set of the day, but I'm worried that my depth might not be below parallel and my bounce isn't great out of the hole. Any tips would be appreciated, I am very grateful for all Starting Strength and its coaches do!

Hey Isaac
Yeah, that's some pretty bad camera work. Please just rest it on something next time. Or at least provide Dramamine
Unfortunately these were all high. By a few inches.
Bring your stance in about an inch on either side, shove the knees out, lean over, and bury them. You'll likely have to take some weight of the bar to get to proper depth for 5. Try a 10% reduction and see if you can get consistent depth there.
Good luck.
