    Guess more people read logs on here than on bodybuilding.com

    Last year i'd never been to a gym, skipped all form of physical education and didnt move around alot.

    Starting lifts were (3x5)

    Squat - 30kg
    Deadlift - 45kg
    Bench - 5kg (had to use a smith machine with a 2.5kg on each side and failed a few times)
    Press - 20kg when i started pressing

    Lifts this week. (3x5 except power clean) have had a back injury and only started deadlifting again last month

    squat - 130kg
    Bench - 70kg
    Deadlift 132.5kg
    Press - 51kg
    Power Clean - 72.5

    Always used to have trouble with my shoulders dislocating so im guessing thats why my pressing is so weak
