    I am an 18 year old college student and I hope to reach these goals by May 2010.

    Weight: 170-175 lbs.
    Goal Weight: 180-185 lbs.
    Squats: 200 lbs. 3 x 5
    Goal Squats: 275 lbs. 3 x 5
    Bench Press: 165 lbs. 3 x 5
    Goal Bench Press: 225 lbs. 3 x 5
    Hang Power Cleans: 135 lbs. 3 x 5
    Goal Regular Power Cleans: 185 lbs. 3 x 5
    Overhead Press: 110 lbs. 3 x 5
    Goal Overhead Press: 135 lbs. 3 x 5
    Deadlifts: 200 lbs. 1 x 5
    Goal: 275 lbs. 1 x 5
    Until 2 Squat Resets

    You can reach your goal weight in 1 to 2 weeks. You might want to be more aggressive there.

    Why so conservative with the weight gain, bodyweight and weight lifted?
