So basically, i started lifting weights on a BBing split and gained 25 lbs in 6 months. However, i didn't really get stronger as i thought i would. So now im doing SS to get stronger and...yeah. Im vegetarian by religion(hindu) so i need to eat like a bitch to maintain gains.

Starting Stats:

6'1'' and 175 lbs. around 15-20% bf. skinny fat from starving myself to get the abz.

1RMs in lbs:

Squat: 180
Bench: 150
Deadlift: 275
Power Clean: 115
Press: 100

Going to go lift and picking up some milk in a couple hours.
