Thanks for the encouragement PVC, Mr. City and Razor. I know I'm not really all that weak...but I do work out with GottaTri2lift, if you have ever read his training logs you could see how I would classify myself as weak...lol. Also, being in the Military I am classified as "Morbidly Obese" at my weight and height (although I squeeze by on my BF check), no shit, so it is more of a runnning joke I have. Thanks again guys!

    Angry Missed a few days!

    starting strength coach development program
Missed a few days of updating my log. Things have been crazy between work, school, training and having three kids. I'll just start up with my last workout.

Thursday March 11th - Bad training day...I just didn't have it that day!

    Squats - 135 X 5, 185 x 4, 225 x 3, 300 x 4(3 then 1 and couldn't finish 5)
295(same thing as with the 300) 275 x 3. Overall horrible squat day.

    OHP - 95 x 5, 105 x 4, 125 x 3, 140 for 2 sets of 5 reps, then failed at 3 on my 3rd set. HORRIBLE DAY.

Deads - 135 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 3, 275 x 2, 335 x 3, Horrible day for deads also, did correct some form issues though so not a total failure. Gonna hit it hard again today and try to make up for the bad day last Thurs. Gonna be switching to a 2 day a week program to up my cardio and prepare for my Navy Physical Readiness Test. Only for a few weeks.
