    Reworked the diet.

    Average daily intake: 2,200 calories
    Average daily protein: 225 grams

    M/W/F is 1,800 calories (p/c/f):

    Meal 1 - 45/40/5
    Meal 2 - 45/35/5
    Meal 3 - 45/25/10
    Meal 4 - 45/12.5/15
    Meal 5 - 45/0/15

    Tu/Th/Sa is 2,400 calories (p/c/f):

    Meal 1 - 45/45/15
    Meal 2 - 45/45/15
    Meal 3 - 45/50/10 (pre-workout)
    Meal 4 - 45/35/20
    Meal 5 - 45/0/25

    Sunday is 2,800 calories

Pretty much whatever I want within reason (except refined sugar) & 200 grams carbs spread over the first four meals. Same protein and 125 g of fat.

Thursday, I didn't feel well at all and for a bunch of reasons, I wound up squatting at the end of my day (after I benched, and went to O-lifting). I didn't feel all that great the rest of the week, so I let my self get a little sloppy/take a break from my diet. I didn't gorge myself, but wasn't going crazy with the meal times and stuff. Still tried to get plenty of protein in.

I wasn't happy with the last 2 reps of from Tuesday, and failed the 15th rep on Thursday 'cause it was either fail or good morning. I'm going to repeat my back squat workouts for the week and try to nail the form.

Measurement at the widest part of waist right now came in at 47 inches.
3 weeks ago it was 48 1/2 inches.

This is significant. Even thought my actual weight hasn't decreased, this is great success.
