    I've been scrawny all my life and I made a choice to change that.
    I'm 23 years old, 5'9 and 110lbs.

    I started this program on July 1'st 2013 and this was what i looked like at 110lbs.




    Thanks to starting strength im slowly getting where i need to go.

    I took these pictures August 19'th exactly 7 weeks later @ 125 lbs
    +15lbs but it was not easy. Religiously working out, eating 3,000-3,500 each day, and getting enough sleep.





    My knee does hurt a bit from squats. I sort of hit a plateau on week 7 because of my injury. I could not squat 80lbs or overhead press 65.

    Oh, and 15lbs in 7 weeks, probably YNDTP.
