    BW = 166.4 lbs. pre-shit.

    Today's work sets:

    Squat: 240x2x5, 240x1x3
    Press: 115x1x4, 115x2x1, 110x2x3
    Power Clean: 150x5x3

    115 lbs. press was clearly too much for now, after the first work set I was too tired to do even 2 reps on the next two work sets with 6-10min rests.

    240 squat is getting there, decided not to deload yet.

    Power cleans were fun! We'll see if they stay that way when it gets heavier...

    BW = 167.8 lbs... that was pre-2lb shit

    Today's Work Sets:

    Squat: 240x2x5, 240x1x3
    Bench Press: 155x2x5, 155x1x4
    Deadlift: 285x1x5

    Squat was bleh - I had the last set too, just fucked up the rebound on the 4th rep.

    Bench and deadlift were nice and difficult, will be progressing both next time.

    Today's Work Sets

    Squat: 225x3x5
    Press: 112.5x3x5
    Power Clean: 155x2x3, 155x2x1

    I'm backing off squats to restore linear progression. I'll go back up 5 lbs each workout, and hopefully 240 will be piece of cake.

    Press was easy. Will do 115 next time.

    Power Clean was bleh. First two sets went up pretty easy and the next sets just wouldn't rack... not because I was tired or anything... something was just off.

    BW = 168.0 lbs. post-shit.

    Today's Work Sets:

    Squat: 230x3x5
    Bench Press: 160x2x5, 160x1x4
    Deadlift: 295x1x5

    Today was a good day considering I only got four hours of sleep (for some reason, I woke up at 1:30 am and could NOT get back to sleep).

    Squat: Day 2 of back-off sets, and it went well.
    Bench: The only problem was my second set was spotted by someone who touched the bar. He kept saying "I'm not even helping," but I could definitely feel a little lift. Oh well, I'll progress lightly next time.
    Deadlift: 3 plates, here I come...

    Not to be alarmist, but keep a closer eye out if your sleep patterns go awry. This, along with diminished appetite, could indicate a bit of overtraining. Probably nothing, but you don't want it to go on too prolonged. Could be a partial reason for squat difficulty lately. Also, are you squatting with a belt?

    I don't think it was overtraining, it's midterms week so I'm a bit stressed... but I'll definitely keep a close eye on it, because I usually sleep okay...

    The belt is on its way, and when the work sets start becoming troublesome again I'll strap it on.

    BW = 168.4 pre-shit

    Today's Work Sets:

    Squat: 235x3x5
    Press: 115x3x3
    Power Clean: 155x1x3

    Squats went well...

    Many press reps were missed, almost expected. Will maintain weight for next time.

    Power cleans were again a disaster, no matter what I did they wouldn't rack. I'm going to drop down 5-10 pounds for next time... Oh, and eat more.

    BW = 169.4 lbs pre-shit

    Today's Work Sets:

    Squat: 237.5x2x5, 237.5x1x4
    Bench Press: 162.5x3x5
    Deadlift: 305x1x4 + 1 singlet

    Today was pretty solid.

    Failed last rep on squat due to fatigue/dizziness. Otherwise solid depth and hip drive. This marks the last back off set, will go back to 240 on Wednesday.

    Bench was solid. Right arm pushed faster on a few of the last reps, but nonetheless they were successful. Will progress to 165 next time.

    Deadlift was tough, failed to lockout the last rep, then waited ~20 seconds and did a singlet. I think I'll add 5 lbs for next time.

    BW = 170.4 lbs pre-shit

    Today's work sets:

    Squat: 240x2x4, 240x1x3
    Press: 115x3x5
    Power Clean: 155x5x3

    Squat was hard, and I missed several reps. I should be getting my belt pretty soon, and I'll throw it on as soon as I do. This is getting ridiculous!

    Press was easy.

    Power Clean was hard at the beginning, but I figured out I just had to speed up the deadlift --> jump portion. I was pretty imprecise with my jump times, and on some reps jumped before the bar even passed my knees (ouch... need ice). Oh well, will proceed to 160 next time.
