Today's Work Sets:
Light Squat: 240x5,5,5
Press: 142.5x4,4,4
Power Clean: 195x3,2,2,0
So, I decided I've pretty much exhausted my linear gains. I make weekly progress on my lifts, at best. I'll be better served by moving on to TM, so Friday will be my last SS workout.. My new log: http://startingstrength.com/resource...ad.php?t=18249
