No squatting till my rib works better, and it will be lighter and unbelted until my rib is perfect.

Still trying to find a good tricep exercise other than dips or close grip benchpress. I'm giving up on skullcrusher, they feel weird for the elbows. Trying two arm lever tricep extensions again. Starting weight: 3x5x120
