Notes:

- Busy at the Firehall yesterday. Car accident and two med calls for drunks last night/into the early morning.

- Made $20 trying to eat a tablespoon of cinamon at work. Epic failure. Nearly puked everywhere.

- Squats: They are so taxing now that I feel it really effect my pulling at the end of the workout. Its hard to get a good leg drive deadlifting and initially move the bar. Stall is inevitable within a few workouts.

- Bench: Spotter had to help with last rep of last set. Form felt solid throughout.

- Deadlifts: I think Im going to alternate them with Back Ext's on the B workouts and give them a bit of a break in hopes of bigger jumps/better recovery each week.

- Dirtbiking tomorow at an old track I used to race at. Gona be fun if I can stand. Taking sun off then back at it on Monday, Weds, Sat next week.
