    Felt funny doing Press for more than 5 reps. I'm ashamed to say that I felt the "pump".

    They were my proper 1 rep maxes.
    so 90% off them as per his guides, then the percentages for the work sets as described.

    but yeah.
    the number were my actual 1RMs

    I already had my 1RM's, so I just used his recommendations from his book.
    did press this morning.
    have deads tomorrow, but my upper thighs and hams etc are really sore from squats on tuesday.

    (I had a week off due to back injury)
