Chin ups 14 (training partner didnt turn up so no real way of weighting them.
HB squats 105kg x 5 90kg x 5 100kg x 5 - working on form so hopped around in weight
Bench 77.5kg 4 4 3
Deadlift 100kg x 5
HB squats 100kg x 5 5 5 dropped back to 100 form felt better
Press 52.5kg x 5 - pain in shoulder and in a rush.
