Squats: 3,4,2 @ 340
Overhead Press: 4, 3, 3 @ 137.4
Power Cleans: 3, 3, 2, 3, 3 @ 190 (the one missed rep was a form problem, didnt stomp hard enough)
Decline situps: 2x3 45 lbs
I am stalled. I plan to up the food to 4500 calories a day. Any other advice?

gonna start weighing myself first thing in the morning instead of after class (when i drink my coffee and protein shake)

BW: 176 AM scale (weighed 177.5 when on stepped on the scale at the time that I used to, so I am gaining weight)
Squats: 3,4,3 @ 340 heavy as balls
Bench: 3,3,3 @ 205 heavy as balls
Deadlift: 1x3 @ 465 heavy as balls
Decline situps: 2x3 45 lbs
Definetly stalled, I'm thinking about deloading. The only problem is that deloading only works about half the time for me.
