I've also read some stuff about learning one lift at a time. So while my squat and overhead volume is going to be high for the next 6 weeks I'm solely going to snatch. C+J can go fuck itself until I'm happy with my snatch tech.
70% 2x3 bs 255
Snatch up to 215, it's odd, above 200 I always miss my first attempt and them make it 30 seconds later. Horrible habit. Snatches were feeling great today but on my second attempt at 220 I broke my dick off. Pinched it during the second pull between the barbell and my pubic bone. I fell down and almost vomited. After regaining my composure I got the fuck out of there to check myself out. Penis is ok.

I feel like it was koing or woodhouse on pendlay form, could be completely wrong though.
Press 175x5x5
Dips 60x10x3
Pullups bwx10x3
Great workout, back to my bread and butter on upper days. Going to beast my shoulder strength till I can press out 150 kg jerks lol.
Tendonitis creeping up after an ugly snatch yesterday plus dips today.
I was sitting around today thinking about lifting as usual and decided upon some goals for year end. I hit my last goals pretty quick of a 315x3 bench and a 100kg snatch so I'm going to reach a bit further.

Snatch 120 kg
C+J 150 kg
Front squat 180 kg
Back squat 200 kg
Press 100 kg
Push press 140 kg
All singles. Weight goals are in kg as the plates I bought are all kg.
Ambitious goals, but achievable. It will be fun to watch.
I've seen a suggestion that normal ratio for front squat vs back squat is 80 - 85%, so you might wish to revise those numbers (or not, of course).
What is your bodyweight at lately?
I believe woodhouse recommends training twice a week and doing FS, rest for 15 mins then do either snatch or c&j one day then do FS, rest 15, then do the opposite lift. If I remember correctly koing does FS and then both lifts each training session, but still only trains twice a week. It could be snatch or c&j, rest 15, then FS I can't quite remember. I do prefer to train one olympic lift per session, but that doesn't allow me to really clean up technique.
Those are solid goals and given your work ethic, I think you'll hit them. I'll need to total 215+ within two years if I want to qualify for provincials, but I've given myself the interim goals of bodyweight snatch and 100kg c&j by the end of the year.
edit:
Did you ever get the equipment from Rogue? Enjoying the Pendlay plates and bar?
I think your right, I'm going to keep the goal as is but I imagine if I get the 180 my BS might be higher then 200.
Lol still not 250. If I could rename my log and username I would. I got caught up in the vintage 70's big mentality. Although I havnt weighed in months I'd say I'm in the 230's although the leanest I've been in a long time.
It was somebody saying how they train a raw novice with no experience. And while my lifts arnt bad to begin with I still consider them very raw due to how long I've been training them. I don't think you have a worry in the world hitting your goal. 2 years is a long time, barring any setbacks I'm sure your good for it sooner. And yes Rogue got there shit together. After I convinced them they didn't ship the bench they sent it out ASAP. And NO! I havnt enjoyed them at all. I'm still deployed in the dirty desert until mid July. It's pure torture knowing everything's just sitting in my living room.
