    I'm one of those poor military souls that is stuck doing PT 5 days a week. So at the moment I am forced to go to just 2 training sessions a week. I'm also coming back from a lower back injury (bad squat). I'm looking to get back to my lifetime bests:

    DL: 450 BW 205
    BP: 365 twice BW: 195
    Seated Miltary Press: 280 twice BW: 238
