Bench - 77,5 kg (171 lbs) x 5/5/5
Power clean - 75 kg (165 lbs) x 3/3/3/3/3/3
Everything was tight after squat warm-ups, as I didn't have time for extended warm-up decided to skip squats. Bench was almost max effort, with these training frequencies it's rather hard to progress. Power cleans were done on 3 min clock and even the extra 6th set was on the easy side.

OK session, I was a bit too eager with 1 kg increase in press weight considering recent training and recovery aspects.

Sucked in the other lifts but cleans were OK. Due to international benching day needed to change lift order from normal.

All lifts quite close to max effort but managed to finish them all. That's exactly how all the lifting sessions should feel.
