This afternoon I climbed, four pitches all 5.10 to 5.11.
Then I lifted. I tried to wear my new Rips but they are way too small. Have to send them back. Seriously, they are at least 1" shorter than Chucks of the same size (13).

felt good, felt hard. my face turned all red and veins popped out in my forehead. i might start wearing my new belt next workout, im starting to become afraid of herniating my small intestine through my inguinal canal during a deadlift attempt!
This workout felt as good as any in the past. I give credit to sleeping and eating. Apparently at this stage in the game I can still get away with climbing and not have my lifting suffer. Which is good. Because climbing is more important to me.

wtf? i cant count today. the last rep on the last two sets felt hard, didnt find out til i watched my video that i had done 6.. duh
bar speed on the first five of all three sets was good. will do 205 friday.

first time using fractional plates. they look funny, but they definitely weigh something. feeling a pinching pain in my left shoulder. was able to complete all reps but bar speed quite slow by the end. will try 107 next workout.

while this felt do-able, my form felt shitty. Bringing the camera in next time. Also could be because its my second session squatting with a belt (work sets only). I still prefer without. Is there something wrong with me?

used a belt on this set too. my first rep i thought i blew something out but I think it was just the belt digging into the bottom of my ribcage. eh... cant say i like the damn belt yet. but it went ok. 245 next time.
