    Squat 315x5x3 (+10) hard, but better than previous two workouts
    Press 125x5x3 (+5) medium
    PCleans 160x3x5 (+5) hard

    Everything felt tough today

    Squats: 335x5x3 (+10) tough, but awesome to finish. May need to go to +5 soon
    Press: 130x5x3 (+5) starting to get hard, but not too bad
    PCleans: 165x3x5 (+5) No problem getting the weight up, but my catch is terrible, and it is causing me a great deal of pain in the elbows. I may drop weight and work on the catch next time.

    Labor Day presented a huge problem, as I traveled Thurs-Monday and had no access to equipment. I did manage to do Bench only on Thursday:

    Bench: 210x5x3 (+5) difficult

    I resumed Wednesday, thinking the rest was enough to allow me progression, but squats overwhelmed me:

    Squats: 350x5x2, x3 (Failure on 3rd set) (+5) very hard, form started to suffer on 2nd set
    Bench: 215x5x3 (+5) hard
    Deadlift: 335x5x1 (+10) hard

    The week without squats was just too much for me. I am very sore from a week off and I am concerned about doing 350 again tomorrow. It may be time to reset, but I can't tell because of the week off between sets. I guess I will play it by ear.
