    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Been away from the Gym for the last few months, Job, kid and got married. So going to start up Starting Strenght again. Going to start light and just keep going again.

    Deadlift 1x5 120kg
    Pull ups 3xF (3x6)

    Hanging Leg Raise 3x5

    Going to drop squats down to 2.5kg increase from next workout
