Comments: Been very slack lately only done 1 WO a week for the last 3 weeks and the lifts are going backwards as a result. Yesterdays WO was the first "proper" WO i've done since injuring the shoulder (it's still a bit sore). Considering it's been a month since i last did an OHP, 45kg seemed surprisingly easy. Will try a light bench press Monday and see how it goes. Going to set some short term goals, so by the end of this month i want to get my squat back up to 120kg and my deadlift to 130kg.

Comments: Been dealing with a shift in my sleeping habits over the last two weeks, which is partially responsible for me skippng WO's. I'm used to doing them in the middle of the day but this one was done at 8pm, i might have to get used to it. Squats were hard but manageable, definitely no bench press still, even 3 reps at 60kg and i could feel it in the shoulder and replacing power cleans with shrugs, will be feeling some soreness in the traps tomorrow for sure.
