Deadlift 1x4x405 - FAIL - Got greedy. First 3 reps were easy. 4th rep was hard, 5th failed.
Conc curls 1x7x30, 1x6x30
I'm on vacation for the next 2 weeks. I was thinking about working out but I don't think I will. Good time to rest my shoulders.

Good to be back. No travel, vacations, or anything else for the forseeable future so I hope to make some better progress over the next few months.

Today was a serious disappointment. I've obviously lost a ton of strength while on vacation. I'll just pick up the pieces and keep going. I guess I didn't back off enough this week. My recovery day was full of failures on dips and chins. I don't remember what they were, other than that non-eventful.

DISASTER
Fucking injured my back on the last squat rep at 250. I'm out at least a week and I'll have to start low. GFD!
