tried grip adjustment and adjustments during set. coaching adjustments during sets always seem to mess me up. try to go up to 115 next time
Deadlift 1 x 5 x 225 (235 was in my head, i realized later that it was really only 225)
I was going to repeat 235 from Wednesday and my main focus was to not give up. I did the set but realized later at home it was only 225. I'll go up 5 on Monday.
I have a hard time keeping it on my shins. I think next time I'm going to try dl in socks or chucks to see if it's any different than with the dowins.

DL in chucks felt better, i think i was able to keep it on the shins better and set my hip height a little better. may all be in my head but i'll take it.
