    Good, powerful workout. Want to lift more but I know progressing at this rate is key.

    Sq- 225
    Press- 105
    Clean- 145

    Had to skip Friday's workout, something I never like to do.

    Late workout tonight which I was not too fond of. Weights were all easy but was mentally fatigued. (what do I do that is mentally challenging? [answer: nothing])
