    Ended the failed squats on a good note. The 2 rep set was a disaster, I wonder if I had the bar off balance or something. It felt really heavy and awkward.

    Did another squat rep about 20s after my last set because it felt like I was a little high the final rep. Barelyyy squeezed it out.

    I doubt I'll be able to bench/press at all until I rest up completely. Now both my biceps flare up after squatting.

    The optimist that I am I opened with the press despite the pain. I think if I had popped an advil before hitting the gym I might have fared better.

    Decided to do ramping sets with light squats. Wanted to see what it felt like unbelted and it was pretty good. Was tempted to keep going on my last set. I had at least 2-3 more.

    Gold's is hella expensive, but it would be nice to have a lifting platform with bumper plates...

    Ahh... okay, maybe Gold's is out of picture then.

    It depends. I used to get there around 4-5pm but lately I've gotten there later... 8-10pm. Gets pretty busy inbetween those times. What about you?

    Trying slightly narrower grip on squat. Bar feels high on my back and heavy but my arms felt better afterwards. Replacing regular bench with rack bench for a while to work on power from bottom.

    Should've done 300 squat again but was packed at gym, couldn't wait any longer for the weights to be free. Honestly wasn't sure if I could get 3x5 and mentally I went into squats thinking 4x4... Did an extra rep after last set because I was pissed that I didn't even attempt a 4th rep. Then did another b/c I felt the extra rep was high.

    Started bench with the wrong weight. Should clear 195 next time. During the final squat set the headphone jack came loose during the 3rd rep and threw me off. Did a few singles on short rest afterward.

    Hehe 2 more weeks and new gym! I'm gonna be working out around between 3:30 - 5:30pm MWF. Cya around I guess haha
