Figured I would actually try to stay on the program and do some presses. Felt good. Squat was heavy and hard. I failed but still did all the reps needed via "makeup" reps/sets.

Press was a nice surprise considering I tried to do pushups last night to test my arms and could barely do them. Maybe those helped! Anyway, was really was in a strong groove, keeping the bar close enough I even clipped my chin a little on a rep. Now that I'm back to where I was in Sept (120lb), maybe I'll actually improve this lift lol.
I wonder how much harder I'm making my squats by doing them 2nd. I gave up on my 2nd and 3rd sets because I didn't feel like I could get back up from a 5th rep. Still feel like I'm shifting the bar forward a little on ascent.
Maybe I'm close to resetting, I don't know. And I've actually been gaining weight the past week and a half after being stuck at 173 for about a month. I've been eating like a fiend. Now around 176 in the morning.

Really thought I was going to get the squats done this day. Got pinned in my last two sets. At least, I was feeling some bounce again in squats again. Really tried to get my mind on knees out and fast up. The arm pain was ... well, it's a pain.
