Squat: 5/5/4 at 235lb
Bench Press: 4/5/2 at 175lb
Power Cleans: 50kg
Comments: lack of sleep and poor eating are showing up for sure. 4 egg McMuffins to the rescue this morning! Working with bumper plates is improving my PC's as I can bail without worry. I'm not sure what to do about the bench - to remain at this weight for the next workout or to reset? I'll check the book later but any input is appreciated.
