    Workout Twelve: 10/8/10

    Squat: 225lb
    Press: 105lb
    Deadlift: 105kg

    Comments: Went on travel and missed a couple of days, but found a gym - with bumper plates no less (who wants to use the hotel gym anyway?). Poor eating and sleep habits own me today...

    Thirteen: 10/10/10

    Squat: 5/5/4 at 235lb
    Bench Press: 4/5/2 at 175lb
    Power Cleans: 50kg

    Comments: lack of sleep and poor eating are showing up for sure. 4 egg McMuffins to the rescue this morning! Working with bumper plates is improving my PC's as I can bail without worry. I'm not sure what to do about the bench - to remain at this weight for the next workout or to reset? I'll check the book later but any input is appreciated.

    Workout Fourteen: 10/12/10

    Squat: 5/5/5 at 235lb
    Press: 110lb
    Deadlift: 110kg

    Comments: nice workout today - getting a little more food and rest makes a difference. I could use some input on breathing for the press - passing out with the bar overhead is not my idea of a good day in the gym, and it damn near happened on the second rep off the last set. Too big of breaths before I start the set? Traveling the next week, so no workout until Monday.

    Workout Fifteen: 10/18/10

    Squat: 225lb
    Bench Press: 165lb
    Power Clean: 50kg

    Comments: felt pretty good coming back -power cleans were a bit rough though. Weighing in at ~225, my target weight, so I'll be paying more attention to my diet.

    Squat: 230lb
    Press: 5/3/2 115lb
    Deadlift: 120kg

    Comments: My work schedule is taking a toll and I may end up backing off of the linear progression and lifting every other day (depends on whether or not I'll be on travel for another month). I'd lift to keep my gains, but without a steady schedule this is getting harder and harder. Last night's workout sucked bad.

    Back to the gym after months off.

    Workout One: 4/4/11

    Squat: 135lb
    Bench: 95lb
    Dead Lift: 185lb
    (un) Weighted Dips: -70lb (3x8)

    Comments: I turned into a fat weak fucker alright. Weight is 211.5lb.

    Tried PC's, but will not do this cycle (knee and no bumper plates), will be doing rows or some sub exercise per SS.
    Flat bar curls: 65lb
    Roman chair sit-ups: 2 x 20
