Squat 215 x5x2, maxrepsx1
Bench, 190x5x2, 3x1 stalled. Did 2x backoff sets at 10x180lbs and 10x135lbs
Deadlift, 292lbs x5x1. Grip getting to failure on the last rep. Will try mixed grip next time.
Bench and press have stalled once now, and have reset the squats once.
Bodyweight has recovered to pre-layoff level plus 3lb (223lbs at 6ft). After the layoff it was 204lbs.
Continuing with foam rolling, stretching and hip mobility work on a daily basis so not logging this anymore.

Wednesday
Bruised my ribs on my right side, which made squatting heavy a problem tonight. So I went for volume and did my warmups followed by 202.5 x10x1
Press got stuck at 123.25 after 3 reps. Got really pissed off. Pushed 135 for a single. NDTFP, but I just needed to do it.
Did some skull crushers and curls to finish. Went home, sore ribs and pissed off.

Workout cut short by needing to get home for dinner guests.
