    Missed my very last rep tonight on the OHP. Just missed the lockout and used my body to finish it. Kind of depressing, but I'm sure I'll get it next time.

    Power Clean 5x3 @ 105

    Still trying to figure out the squat thing. Been having trouble going to/past parallel even though it feels like I am. Think my stance was a bit too wide. Narrowed it up just a little and got deeper.

    Crazy week so far.... just forced in this one in order to save the week so I can go fri, sun and a tue, thur, sat following to get back on track.

    Squat 3x5 @ 165 - Haven't stalled per se, just decided to take a little weight off to work at form. I just suck at these for the most part but I'll get there
    Bench 2x5, 1x4, 1x1 @ 125 - Weak here. No sleep and eating terribly. Repeat next time.
    Deadlift 1x5 @ 225

    I guess only two workouts this week.....

    Squat 3x5 @ 175
    OHP 3x5 @ 95
    PC 5x3 @ 120

    Also did 3x5 of the bear with just a bar to see what it was like after finishing. Fun. Kind of my own punishment for missing a workout, although it wasn't that bad.

    Thanks..... I'm coming along slowly but surely.

    Squat 3x5 @ 180 Back to my highest point. I think the little reset helped my form a lot
    Bench 3x5 @ 130
    Deadlift 1x5 @ 235 Finally over bodyweight on a lift. I'm happy here
