    Today....

    Squats 3x5 @ 185
    OHP 3x5 @ 100
    Power Cleans 5x3 @ 125

    Thanks to everyone who posts the tips on the lifts on this board. It's amazing how different the lifts are when tensing, breathing properly, etc.

    Squats 3x5 @ 190
    Bench 2x5, 1x4 @ 135.... Damnit
    Deadlift 1x5 @ 245

    Stupid bench.... was excited to put 45s on the bar. Ended up rolling the bar off myself after getting stuck about 1/3 of the way up on the last rep. Should be ordering a power cage this week though.

    OHP 3 @ 105 FAIL!!! 2, 2x5 @ 100 ....
    Power Clean 5x3 @ 130

    My upper body is apparently weak as hell. Just got to keep pushing I guess.

    Missed one with being out of town for the holiday....

    Today
    Squats 3x5 @ 200 .... probably a few shaky reps in there. Thinking about another little deload for form
    Bench 3x5 @ 135 .... no failure this time
    DL 1x5 @ 255 ..... Hoping to make it to 305 with 10 lb jumps. getting tougher

    starting strength coach development program
    Squats 3x5 @ 205
    OHP 2x5, 1x3, 1x1, 1x1 @ 105
    PC 1x3 @ 135, 4x3 @ 130

    Squats were bad, probably 4 or so bad reps. OHP almost got 105. PC, was getting 135 almost up, but no snap and elbows weren't getting out so changed back to 130. Basically gonna repeat this whole workout.
