    First time I've used my belt, it felt a little bit weird but it is nothing I can't get used too. I can see it is going to be valuable

    still difficult after dropping 15 from my last time. It almost feels as if I am getting weaker on bench.

    Deadlifts

    Felt really good today, probably the best set I've ever done form wise.

    Overall good day 3.5 softball bats /5

    I'm having a problem bringing my knees too far forward, they used to come out to the edge of my toes but my training partner said they are now going too far out. Need to concentrate harder.

    Thanks Slowjoe, my presses are fast becoming my favorite lift. It's just fun seeing how much you can lift above your head. I checked up on your log you are getting some nice numbers man. Beast mode

    feeling better i don't know if I will be able to keep up with the 5lbs jumps though

    felt good, the part of my gym that has all the bumpers is closed down so i had to be more controlled with setting the weights down, I disliked this.

    Overall great day, had a few last night, senators won, woke up feeling great, good work day, and now it is beautiful outside and im sitting with my back door open enjoying the fresh air. Cheers to gettin on 'er tonight

    We don't know when you need to switch microloading.

    Bet something horrible with yourself that you don't miss before you switch to 2.5 on the bench. I don't know, a JD/Vodka/Beer/Wine cocktail has to be drunk or something. Timing is everything, and getting stuck really sux.

    Drank way too much this weekend, 3 straight nights, ate like shit and overall just didn't set myself up for success. Even today i was on a range all day so I couldn't eat as much as i would have liked to. Whatever just gonna smash it the rest of this week and be awesome.
