Yes it is, the most i had ever pulled before was 305 for 1. So I tied my 5rm for DL and set a new 1rm PR, wicked that workout even made today better!

Alright, I completely fucked up this workout. Jumped numbers, failed sets etc etc. Good pts. being dumb made me realize I'm stilll going good on squats 255 wasnt that hard. Bad news i failed to tie my previous Press PR from last week. Good, pull ups are coming along nicely.
Basically I go back to not being dumb on Wed. I was just right out of er from the bender didnt have my mind right.

Squat was good today, a little bit of elbow pain in my left arm which carried over to my bench.
Bench.....my usually training partner is away for a couple weeks so I had to rely on people from the gym to help me with a spot. No problem I'm a nice fella'. Spotter #2, 2nd set, I explained my intentions and how i would like him to not touch the bar until i said so. He indicates he understands as soon as I started to slow down after my 3rd rep he pretty much grabbed the bar, so I racked it. Spotter #3 same thing. Spotter #1 was great, didnt touch the bar and even gave me encouragement, it was nice. I wish he hadn't of left the gym.
Deads, 305 was great, felt real good. Then that nagging little voice in my head made me try a 1rm of 355 and i got it! My whole body was shaking, I felt like i was going to collapse, awesome!

A little disappointed on bench today, but i wasn't really feeling it today on bench. i need an attitude adjustment haha. Squat felt nice, struggled a bit on the 4th and 5th reps of each set, felt good to struggle again and come out tired. deads felt awesome! Training partner said form looked nice and I had pretty good speed on them until the 5th rep.
Signed up for my bases powerlifting comp on dec 10th. Should be a fun experience to just get out there and see what I can do. i'm aiming for 850 and I think I will get it so it should be fun.
