Squat: 205 2x5 1x7
Press: 90 2x5 1x10
Power cleans: worked on technique using different starting positions/drills at 95 pounds.
I had a "training session" with an olympic weightlifting coach named Keith Minikus. Really helped. My technique on the major lifts were all pretty good.. just a little cleaning up. We worked on power cleans a lot to get more comfortable with them. He gave me the drills. Once I get the technique down pat, I will add more weight.
