Stats:
195 lbs., 5'10", age 32.
Current Lifts
Squat: 210 lbs. 3x5
Bench: 140 lbs. 3x5
Press: 90 lbs. 3x5
Deadlift: 245 lbs. 1x5
Power Clean: 85 lbs. 5x3 (just started learning this lift last week)
I started out with the bar doing stronglifts about 8 weeks ago.
After doing a lot of research, decided to switch to starting strength.

Squat
215 lbs 3x5
Challenging, but I survived. Working really hard to utilize the stretch reflex, hopefully that will come with time.
Press
95 lbs 3x5.
Nothing to report here.
Deadlift
250 lbs 1x5
no chalk, so I used a mixed grip for the first time. Helped me bang out five reps. Hard, but still had gas in the tank.

Squat
220 lbs 4,5,5
Missed a rep on the first set but managed to recover and make my next two sets.
I'm having trouble keeping my knees from sliding forward at the bottom of my set.
Also struggling to keep my chest up.
Bench Press
145 lbs 3x5.
Nothing to report here.
Power Clean
95 lbs 5x3
Chinups
BW 7x2, 3x1

Deadlift
255 lbs, 1x5
Deloaded squat to work on jamming out knees and staying tight.
Not sure if this is good form or not...

Feel much better about my squat, really getting my knees out now. ready to start upping the weight again.
Bench
150 lbs
Still going smooth, though definitely feeling it.
Clean
105 lbs
These were probably kind of ugly, really gotta focus on these.

165 lbs, 3x5
Felt good with this set, but only gonna jump five pounds from here on out.
Press
105, 4,5,5
Missed a rep on my first set but got through the rest.
Gonna start micro-loading.
Deadlift
265, 1x5
Made my reps, but it was tough. Gonna go back to five pound jumps on these.
