    So far my lifts are so far:

    Squat = 80kg
    Deadlift = 90kg
    Press = 37.5kg
    Bench press = 55kg
    Power clean = 45kg
    Pull up = 7.5kg

    All have good form so far, besides power clean, which I'm learning slowly.

    I just turned 17 a couple of months ago, weigh 70kg, and am about 5' 8". Been training on and off for a year, recently went to the USA for 7 weeks, so I'm recovering. I go to a gym based on the "Starting Strength" routine and book, and have a really great coach. I'm in Melbourne, Australia.

    Today I managed:

    Squat: 82.5kg
    Bench press: 57.5kg
    Deadlift: 95kg

    Was hard, but not super hard.

    Edit: Measured exactly:

    172cm = 5'8
    72kg (measured at 73kg, but ate and drank.)
    43.9% muscle
    22.4% fat
    56.6% water
    8.1% bone

    Not sure how the % work, but good to compare with in the future. I just used a normal home scale.

    5/3/11

    squat; 90kg - Was very hard.
    Deadlift; 105kg
    Pull up; 10kg

    And

    Press; This failed. My arms were sore from the squats... Not sure why, but the heavier the squats the more fatigued my muscles are. Not sure if I'm holding the bar correctly? I put my elbows back as high as they can go, I think. Anyone have any info on how to fix this? If this persists I have a feeling I will be failing press and bench press.

    Hey! I go to a private one for technique and form, and then I use my home gym. Private one is called "powerhause".

    Missed one entry.

    17/3/11

    100kg squat = hard as hell, will start 1kg increments.
    Missed bench press cause of sore forearms!!
    15kg chin up!

    That's cool. My old gym was called 'Powerhouse', haha.

    Home gyms FTW though.
