press: 115x(5-5-5)
pulldowns: 150x(7-6)
deadlift: 260x(5)
wasn't staying very tight while pressing. bar was too far away from my face during some reps and I wasn't getting under it. was thinking about starting each rep from a dead stop on the chest/shoulders instead of utilizing the stretch reflex by touching and then pushing right back up. 115 is where I stalled last time. this is a PR.
did some hang power cleans up to 95lbs before deadlifting.

didn't feel too great.

I hate UPS.
looks like I won't be getting my shoes until Monday due to a "Late Train" and a "Late Trailer". the package arrived at my nearest UPS location at 3:52 this morning. I could have sworn the cutoff time was 4AM. either the driver was an idiot and left early or the cutoff time is earlier than I think it is.
I was anticipating these shoes so much I don't even feel like squatting today.
