It was my first job. 1st and 2nd kids were born there. I didn't ski as much as I would have liked, but it was much more than now and it was awesome. I miss even more the summer hikes in the Chartreuse or Vercors. Good times indeed. But the job turned out most boring after four years, so I changed and moved to Paris.

    Squat: 131 kg (288 lbs, 3 sets of 5)
    Bench: 65 kg (143 lbs, 3 sets of 5) - PR
    Deadlift: 143 kg (315 lbs, 1 set of 5)
    Curl: 34 kg (75 lbs, 3 sets of 10)

Weather was warmer (7°C), so under my winter clothes I sweated a lot.

I'll switch to 2kg increments on the squat from now on. Hook feels much better now, the deads were smooth. Happy.

    Squat: 133 kg (293 lbs, 3 sets of 5)
    Press: 45 kg (99 lbs, 3 sets of 5)
    Chins (Pavel's ladder): 11-10-9 - PR

Morning workout with the kids (Deadlift and press for them). Very happy for the chins, the set of 4 was OK (it was 1-2-3-4-1).

    Squat: 135 kg (297 lbs, 3 sets of 5)
    Bench: 67 kg (147 lbs, 3 sets of 5) - PR
    Row: 72 kg (158 lbs, 3 sets of 8)

    Squats are definitely hard now.

On a side note, this monday workout is beginning to take a bit too long. I'm toying with the idea of ditching the rows and do 3 sets of chins (max reps) instead, which I can do at home, so it means I'd be back earlier from the workout.

    Squat: 137 kg (301 lbs, 3 sets of 5)
    Press: 47 kg (103 lbs, 3 sets of 5)
    Deadlift: 149 kg (328 lbs, 1 set of 5)
    Curl: 36 kg (79 lbs, 3 sets of 10)

Almost lost forward the 4th rep on second set of squats. Deads are still relatively easy, I'll try 6kg increments for a couple of workouts. Elbow tendonitis is definitively back, on the left arm this time. Does my phone armband have an impact?

Almost certainly not. Tendonitis is usually an inflammatory response to overuse and quite common around here (I have it, too) - you can approach it in many ways - maybe search for "pin firing"

Ha, elbow tendonitis and I are quite the old friends It was just a passing thought, as the pain lessened when I took the armband off this morning (maybe too tight?). I've got a couple of elbow tendonitis threads in my bookmarks, as well as an article in Art of manliness by Matt Reynolds I think.

Pin firing never quite worked for me. I can't do many chins, maybe it's that...

Running: no intervals, just a plain old run along the Loire
    6.26 km, 38'06'', 9.9 km/h (6.2 mph)

First time running since the MCL tear in September. Absolutely no problem, so a couple of weeks with one or two conditioning sessions and then I'm ready to squash again! Can't wait.

    Squat: 139 kg (306 lbs, 3 sets of 5)
    Bench: 70 kg (154 lbs, 3 sets of 5) - PR
    Chins (Pavel's ladder): 12-10-8 - PR

Bench was super easy, much more than monday. I even checked if I had put the right plates. Weird.

Edit: I weighted myself this morning: 108 kg (238 lbs). Up 3 kg from mid august, but down 2 kg from the end of october (first training post injury).
