    Squat: 151 kg (332 lbs, 3 sets of 5) - PR
    Press: 54 kg (119 lbs, 5-4-4)

Was feeling very sleepy this morning, didn't help me: Squats were OK (last reps were real grinders though), but press failed hard: even the 4th rep on the last set was awfully slow and I almost didn't get it. Failed twice on the last 10 days, so I think a reset is in order: back to 50 kg (or less?) next time. Look like the end of my LP is near!

As a side note, I reached my goal of squatting 150 kg x 5, which I wanted for June. I'm nowhere near the other goals: maybe I can press 60 kg x 5 after the reset and before the end of LP, but 200 kg x 5 is a long way off on the deadlift (I'm at 161 kg x 5), but still reachable by June.

Looks like your deadlift has been progressing pretty swiftly. I think 200kg is yours for the taking by June (maybe earlier)!

    Tx man. It'd be good.

    Squat: 153 kg (337 lbs, 3 sets of 5) - PR
    Bench: 78 kg (172 lbs, 3 sets of 5) - PR
    Deadlift: 165 kg (363 lbs, 1 set of 5)
    Curl: 41 kg (90 lbs, 3 sets of 10)

Last rep on the second set of squats would have been red lighted at a meet (bar stopped dead for at least 3s and I think it even went down a tiny bit). Bench was easy, and still worrying about lower back tightness during heavy (for me) deads. Overall pretty happy with this workout.

Been a hard week, no time for training. Today I coached my brother (squat, press and DL). He liked it, maybe he'll continue on his own (budget is a problem for him). Threw in a bit of conditioning during lunch break.

    Squat: 154 kg (339 lbs, 4-5-5) - PR
    Press: 50 kg (110 lbs, 3 sets of 5)
    Deadlift: 169 kg (372 lbs, 1 set of 5)
    Curl: 42 kg (92 lbs, 3 sets of 10)

I lost forward (I think) the last rep of the first squat set. The last two sets were done but what a grind... Form broke quite a bit, some reps may have been high... Press was a reset after failing 54 kg, and went smoothly for the first two sets, but I failed twice the very last rep (too forward) before getting it done. Was super pissed. And, last but not least, DL went up long and slow, and I'm pretty sure my form has gone to the dogs.

Overall not a very good session... I'm pretty beat up after that.

    Bench: 80 kg (176 lbs, 3 sets of 5) - PR
    Curl: 43 kg (95 lbs, 9-10-10)

Back to non holidays training schedule. Bench is still easy, relatively to squats or deadlifts.

    Deadlift: 171 kg (376 lbs, 1 set of 5)

Wanted to do a backoff set, but no time. I'm wondering whether a deload is in order or not (back rounding).

First time trying BCAAs and dome maltodextrin before workout (I workout early before breakfast). Didn't feel good at all.

    Squat: 131 kg (288 lbs, 5 sets of 5)
    Press: 51 kg (112 lbs, 3 sets of 5)

First time trying out the "volume day" for squats. No problem. I realize I underestimated rest time needed between press work sets. 2' more worked wonders this morning, even if this lift is so technique dependant that I'm not sure added rest is the only reason for my easy work sets today.
