    Squat: 131kg (288lbs, 3x5)
    Press: 46kg (101lbs, 3x5)
    Power snatch: 67kg (147lbs, 3x3)
    Chins: 3-3-3-3-3-3 (+2)

After Monday's workout, which was one of the hardest since I started SS, and a gastro-enteritis Tuesday and Wednesday, I figured I would be weak today. So I lowered a bit on the squat (-2kg), kept the same weight on the press (my Nemesis), and decided at the last time to up the snatch instead of repeating last time's weight. I prepared mentally for a hell of a time. Surprisingly, everything felt (relatively) light, and overall, that was easy as ever!! So back on track for next week, to get that 300# squat that eludes me...

    Squat: 133kg (293lbs, 5-5-4)
    Weighted pushups: 34kg (75lbs, 4-5-5)
    Power snatch: 69kg (152lbs, 3x3)
    Chins: 4-4-3-3-2-1 (-1)

Worst workout since I started SS. Missed the last rep of the squat. Got problems with weighted pushups on the first work set, but it may be due to insufficient warmup. I'll change it a bit. Power snatches were very tough, a couple of reps were awful (press out?). I haven't slept very well this week-end, and I ate garbage, so it may be a recovery problem.

Sorry for the squat man. But it's no big deal, you'll get the 3 sets of 5 next time. Why are you doing weighted pushups again?

No flat bench yet. I've used all my budget on squat rack and plates, and I'm waiting for a used bench of reasonable quality to come up near my place.

    Squat: 125kg (275lbs, 3x5)
    Weighted pushups: 28kg (62lbs, 3x5)
    Deadlift: 155kg (341lbs, 1x5)
    Chins: 4-3-3-3-2-1 (-1)

First workout after almost two weeks without training. Squats were OK, pushups too. Deadlift was terribly hard. Almost failed the last rep, form was awful.

    Squat: 127kg (279lbs, 2x5)
    Press: 46kg (101lbs, 3x5)
    Power snatch: 51kg (112lbs, 2x3)
    Chins: 4-4-3-3-3-2 (+3)

First time training with a partner. Instructed him with squat and press (God, that was long!). Got mixed up between my warmup, his work sets and mine, and got two sets at 107kg instead of 127 before realizing it. So I did only two sets at 127. Press was OK. Re-learned the power snatch, spent a lot of time getting it right and tried with 51kg. I think it's much better, even if I still setup my hips too high. Vid to follow in the "Technique" forum.

    Squat: 129kg (284lbs, 3x5)
    Weighted pushups: 30kg (66lbs, 3x5)
    Deadlift: 157kg (345lbs, 1x4)
    Chins: 3-3-3-3-3-3 (-1)

Good session. Squats were reasonably hard, pushups were OK, deadlifts were brutal. I didn't get the last rep. I'll try 2kg more next time (4.5lbs). God I was beat up after that, getting to bed felt so good!

I think I'll manage two full weeks of training before holidays, with reasonable recovery. Hopefully I'll get that 300# squat before leaving...

There were two partners at my garage yesterday. Neither of them is hooked enough to train three times a week, but once a week is better than nothing. Maybe a third one next week.

    Squat: 131kg (288lbs, 3x5)
    Press: 47kg (103lbs, 3x5) PR
    Superset:
    Back extensions BW +0kg (0lbs): 10-10-10 (+0)
    Dips BW +0kg (0lbs): 10-8-5 (+0)
    Chins BW +0kg (0lbs): 6-4-2 (+0)

Good recovery since Monday = good workout. Squats were OK, Press was super hard, but that was a 1kg PR. New stuff after that, because from now on I'll be deadlifting and snatching only once a week. The back ext./dips/chins superset was a trial and the result is OK, so I'm gonna stick with it for a few weeks.

    Squat: 133kg (293lbs, 3x5)
    Press: 48kg (106lbs, 5-5-4) PR
    Deadlift: 159kg (350lbs, 1x5)
    Chins: 4-4-3-2-2-2 (-1)

Squats OK. I didn't get the last press rep. Deadlifts left me laying on the floor, but I got them.

    Squat: 135kg (297lbs, 3x5) PR

Elbow pain is back. Fuck. Almost stopped after the first set because it hurt like hell. But I wanted this PR badly, so I went on. Called it a day after squats, could barely move my right arm.
