    Yeah, I'm aiming for BBB sets at 60% of my TM. I'm at 50% right now...

    Dips: 16-10-9
    Ab wheel: 7-7-7

    Lost forward rep 4 on my PR set. Failed twice at 171 kg (376 lbs), too greedy? Elbow tendonitis is back. Frustrating.

    Nice double on 161! +10 from the double? You might be right with too greedy (if the double was tough) considering you haven't been doing much low rep stuff before now. But hey - sometimes you just want to try stuff on.
