    Squat: 125kg (275lbs, 3x5)
    Press: 45kg (99lbs, 3x5)
    Superset:
    Back extensions BW+10kg (22lbs): 10-10-10 (+10kg)
    Dips BW+0kg (0lbs): 10-8-3 (+0)
    Chins BW+0kg (0lbs): 5-4-2 (+0)

After a useless month training-wise in June, I spent 3 weeks in holyday, with my family: no training, no proper food, no exercise. So back in business for the rest of the summer.

I thought I was going to get a hell of a time after the break, but the first session was OK.

    Squat: 127kg (279lbs, 3x5)
    Weighted dips: 11kg (24lbs, 3x5)
    Deadlift: 151kg (332lbs, 1x5)
    Chins: 3-3-3-2-1-1 (+0)

Squats were surprisingly easy. First time doing dips, weight was perfect. Deadlift were brutal. Quite happy overall, expect for chins, where I suck more than ever. Hopefully it'll go up in time.

    Squat: 131kg (288lbs, 3x5)
    Press: 47kg (103lbs, 3x5)
    Chins: 3-3-3-2-2-2 (+2)

Lack of sleep since Monday = Shitty workout. Elbows were hurting a bit, so I dropped the power clean technique I planned to work on.

    Squat: 135kg (297lbs, 3x5)
    Weighted dips: 21kg (46lbs, 3x5)
    Deadlift: 155kg (341lbs, 1x5)
    Chins: 3-3-2-2-1-1 (-3)

Squats OK, widening my grip and focusing on keeping the shoulder blades squeezed together left me and my elbows happy. Not too tough. I fucked up the weighted dips, forgot to take into account the weight of the chains, so I had a full 10kg more than last time! As a consequence, those were not full ROM dips I'm afraid. Deads are OK, easier than I thought. Chins are getting hard to improve when I place them after my deadlift work sets.

PS : weight is now 221lbs. I'm trying to get to 231 quickly, maybe in september...

    Squat: 137kg (301lbs, 3x5) PR
    Press: 49kg (108lbs, 3x5) PR
    Chins: 3-3-3-3-3-2 (+5)

Back in PR territory for squat and OH press. Squats were easy, no elbow pain at all. I filmed everything and I even saw in the vid that I got 6 reps on the last set. OH press was tough, last set was not nice to see. No time for power cleans. Chins were much easier this time.

I'll upload the vid to check my form.

    Squat: 139kg (306lbs, 3x5) PR
    Weighted dips: 13kg (29lbs, 3x5)
    Chins: 3-3-3-3-2-1 (-2)

Dips are bothering my shoulders a bit, I'll try a few workouts more and see if discomfort goes away with practice. Still no time for power cleans... I'm beginning to rest quite long between squat sets, and my workouts last at least 1h30. It's worrying me since I've got no time for 2-hours training sessions three times a week. We'll see how it goes...

Well that's normal as the weights progress on SS. But don't worry, it'll get even worse on Monday's on the Texas Method

How long does a typical "TM Monday" last?

It depends on the weights you are handling, and also if you are doing deads on Monday or not. But it never is less than 2 hours.
Don't worry b/c Wednesday and Friday can be made in about 1 hour, and you probably have a lot left in the tank for your LP, so TM is still far away.
