I was kind of optimistic in my last post, as it didn't turn out as I was hoping.
Both elbows were hurting like hell saturday and sunday, waking me up in the middle of the night... Today's session turned out pretty bad, elbows were in fire in the first squat set, reracked after 2 reps. Skipped weighted dips and PCs that were planned, did my chins, and called it a fucking day.
I'm so pissed off.
Now what?
- orgy of ipuprofen and no squat during a week?
- switch to high bar?
- both?
I'm clueless...
