Press: 50 kg x 6 x 3 (110 lbs)
Deadlift: 143 kg x 6 x 3 (315 lbs)
EZ Curl: 47 kg x 6 x 2, then 3 drop sets
DL with straps and shrug at the top.
Then almost 3 days of skiing in the Alps with my brother. Tons of snow and real sunlight (first time since forever), a dream of a week-end. Shamelessly skipped a training day.
