Hey!
So, Gravity certainly brought it on... I've had a pretty bad case of fuckarounditis since my last post. I'm doing another run at the program and am doing everything I can to stick with it this time.
Heres what I've been up to since my last post:

As you can see I just up and quit every time it started to get a little hard. At the peaks I thought I was so strong but I'm realizing that I have much more to gain out of linear progression.
My current stats(in lbs)
Squat: 265x5x3
Dead: 280x5x1
Clean: 150x3x5
Bench: 170x5x3
Press: 115x5x3
Weight: ~186
Height:5' 10"
I also alternate chins and curls at the end of the workout if I have time/energy.
I'll be posting updates and form checks regularly now. Any advice on sticking to the program is welcome.
